A Complete Transformation by Kasa di Lusso

For this Bellevue family, a custom kitchen remodel meant more than new cabinets — it meant a space built around how they actually live. Kasa di Lusso managed every stage of the project, from the first design consultation through engineering, manufacturing, international shipping, and final installation, delivering a timeless interior that pairs Italian-inspired design with everyday functionality.

The Vision

The existing kitchen was structurally sound but dated, with inefficient storage and none of the warmth expected in a modern luxury home. Rather than offering a standard solution, our team began with an on-site consultation to understand how the family cooked, entertained, and moved through the space — because every successful kitchen design starts with listening, not assuming.

Our Process: From Concept to Installation

Custom Design & 3D Visualization

Instead of asking the homeowners to imagine the finished kitchen, our design team built realistic 3D visualizations so they could experience layouts, storage solutions, materials, and lighting before a single cabinet was built. Several rounds of review ensured every decision reflected their style and daily needs before the project moved into engineering.

Engineering & Material Selection

Our engineering team produced detailed production drawings for every cabinet, panel, and architectural element, with each measurement and connection verified in advance. In parallel, the homeowners selected premium wood finishes chosen specifically for the home’s architecture and natural light — the foundation of cabinetry built to last for decades.

 

Custom Manufacturing in Turkey

With design and materials approved, production began at our manufacturing facility in Turkey. Every cabinet was built specifically for this residence using advanced CNC technology and experienced craftsmanship, passing multiple quality-control inspections before the project was ready for international delivery roughly two and a half months later.

International Shipping & Professional Installation

Every component was individually protected and professionally packaged for the journey from Turkey to Bellevue, arriving in flawless condition. Because each cabinet had been engineered specifically for this home, our installation team worked with exceptional accuracy — completing a project originally estimated at ten days in just three, without cutting a single corner.

Adapting to New Ideas During Construction

As the kitchen took shape, the homeowners began imagining improvements throughout the home. Working closely with their licensed General Contractor, our team coordinated additional electrical, plumbing, and painting work without disrupting the schedule — the kind of flexibility that comes from managing design, manufacturing, and installation under one coordinated workflow.

Beyond the Kitchen

Inspired by the result, the homeowners asked Kasa di Lusso to design two additional spaces: a fully customized Home Office and a sophisticated TV Room. Using the same materials, finishes, and proportions established in the kitchen, our designers created one cohesive interior rather than a series of disconnected rooms.

At the end of this one, the family invited our entire installation team to lunch: a simple gesture that reflected months of trust and collaboration, and a reminder of why we do this work.

The Next Chapter

Inspired by the transformation of their kitchen, home office, and TV room, the homeowners have returned to Kasa di Lusso for their next project: a complete living room redesign that continues the design language established throughout the home. We’re currently collaborating with the family on the planning phase.
